Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, is a non-invasive healing method that reduces emotional and physical pain by tapping on specific meridian points. It addresses disruptions in the body's energy system caused by unprocessed emotions and traumas, promoting balance, well-being, and new neural pathways.
EFT clears blocked energy, aligns you with your authentic self, and fosters self-love, acceptance, empowerment and inner peace. It can also bring relief to chronic pain and illness. To effectively reduce triggers, it is recommended to begin with five consecutive weekly sessions. Regular sessions establish a rhythm for progress, creating sustained and meaningful change.
